AO Monday Oct. 26: Fitness Centers reopen to ALL CATEGORIES of eligible patrons during scheduled operating hours except for LAK-Warhawk FC and FSH Jimmy Brought FC based on current usage and to allow priority to Active Duty Mil/Guard/Reserve/DoD Civilians.
This small Fitness Center has12 pieces of cardio equipment and 17 pieces of strength training equipment that is available 24-7. Each of the locker rooms has a sauna that is open when the facility has a staff member present. This facility also has an outside workout area to include a Beaverfit box for functional fitness exercises.
This Facility is located behind the Fire Station and shares the parking lot with Security Forces.
