Intramural Volleyball | Spring 2024 Letter of Intent Due: April 24 Coaches Meeting: April 24 at 1 PM Games Begin: May 6 METC Fitness & Sports Center Mondays & Wednesdays Units may have more than one team. All DOD ID cardholders, ages 18 years and older, who are not participating in an academic athletic association may participate in Intramural Sports.

Eligible men and women are welcomed to compete in a free lifting challenge hosted by METC Fitness Center. Respectively, in a combined bench press, dead lift and squat challenge, men’s weight lifting goal is 1000 lbs and women’s weight lifting goal is 500 lbs. Prizes are awarded to the top lifters in each category. Registration is encouraged and can be completed at the METC Fitness Center. For more information, call (210) 808-5709.
