This strength training circuit class is designed to provide a comprehensive workout that combines total body, heart-pumping aerobics, and strength training conditioning. Expect to sweat, burn calories, and unleash the warrior within you!
Mat Pilates
Mondays โข 5-6 p.m.
join us for a Pilates class and discover how you can refocus your mind, strengthen your core, improve flexibility, and enhance overall body awareness. This is a low-impact workout using your own body weight and a mat to engage in controlled movements that will promote stability and strength.
Step Aerobics
Wednesdays โข 5-6 p.m.
this workout is a fun and effective cardio condition mix encompassing step and resistance training for a total body workout that involves stepping up and down on a raised platform. This is open to all levels as you work at your own pace.

Outdoor Functional Fitness
Monday – Friday โข 6 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Come to our covered outdoor basketball court and check out the functional area consisting of two beaverfit trailers and an Alpha Warrior rig.
