New Year New You

Challenge yourself with this free self monitored program as you kick start a healthier you in the New Year.

Cycling Program

Increase cycling frequency and entice non-cyclists to begin riding. Awards are given for noted mileage tiers.

Run/Walk Program

Increase running/walking frequency and entise others to start. Awards are given for noted mileage tiers

Walked to Austin

Walk 66 miles with us to Austin. Complete the journey, turn in the tracking booklet and receive a t-shirt
