FIT 2 FIGHT
Monday & Wednesdays | 11:30AM-12:30PM
This class is designed to provide a comprehensive workout that combines total-body, heart-pumping aerobics, and strength-training conditioning.

MAT PILATES
Mondays | 4-5PM
Discover how you can refocus your mind, strengthen your core, improve flexibility, and enhance overall body awareness. This is a low-impact workout that uses your own body weight and a mat to perform controlled movements that promote stability and strength.

STEP AEROBICS
Wednesdays | 4-5PM
This workout is a fun and effective cardio-conditioning mix that combines step and resistance training for a total-body workout involving stepping up and down on a raised platform. This is open to all levels, and you can work at your own pace.

PEDAL POWER SPIN CLASS
Thursdays | 4-5PM
Join our indoor cycling class and discover how you can refocus your mind and body. This is a great cycling workout on a stationary bike that includes different body positions and a variety of music and themes each week, and is open to all fitness levels. BABY WEARING PILATES
Tuesday & Friday | 9:30-10:30 AM
This class blends gentle, postpartum–safe Pilates with baby–wearing support. Rebuild strength, improve posture, and bond with your baby. Please bring a baby carrier and a yoga mat. Babies ages 0 – 1 are welcome.
