502d Force Support Squadron Presents 2024 CENTRAL POST SEPTEMBER EVENTS Tire Flip Competition Sept. 3-30 • Monday-Friday 6 a.m. to 5 p.m. We invite you to come and flip the tire as many times as you can in a two-minute time frame. There will be two categories for men and women. Patrons need to make sure that a staff member is available to verify the amount of tire flips within the two-minute time frame. The man and woman who flips the most will be awarded a prize at the end of the month. Circuit Training Sept. 3-30 • Monday-Friday 6-8 a.m. and 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. This circuit training will run for a duration of two hours in the morning or afternoon and is designed to increase cardio endurance and core strength. June Weight Lift Challenge June 15 • 9:30 AM • Free JBSA-Fort Sam Houston METC Fitness Center Men and women attempt to lift 1000 lbs. and 500 lbs., respectively, in a combined bench press, deadlift and squat challenge. Prizes will be awarded to those with the combined heaviest lifts overall and the Wilks points from each category. For more information, call (210) 808-5709.
