The Rambler Fitness Center offers Beginner Strength Training in Room 128 on Jan. 11 at 11:30 a.m. This class is perfect for individuals wanting to start a strength training routine or learn more about strength training. You can also learn proper lifting techniques, improve personal workouts and the benefits of weight training for overall fitness and health. Fitness Center events are open to all DOD ID cardholders.
