Get a jump start on fitness goals by participating in the daily fitness challenges to earn stamps for each challenge completed. Challenges change daily.  Pick Up A Tracking Card At the Front Desk

Daily Fitness Challenges:

  • Complete cardio for 30 minutes = 1 stamp
  • Lift weights for 30 minutes = 1 stamp
  • Complete a fitness class = 2 stamps
  • Complete bragging rights challenge = 1 stamp
