Indoor Marathon

This is a self-monitored program based on the honor system. Participants attempt to complete 26.2 miles running/walking within one week. Valentine’s Day Run/Bike/Run

100-Ton Club

RND Rambler Fitness Center

Come out to the Rambler Fitness Center to try to join the 100 -Ton Club. The Club consists of members who have lifted 100 tons or more in one day. That's right; patrons must lift 100 tons of weight on any free-weight or plate-loaded machine in one day. The 100 tons are achieved by multiplying the amount of weight used for an exercise by the number of repetitions for that exercise. Giveaways are provided while supplies last. Pickleball Clinic

Pickleball Clinic April 27 • 9:30-11 a.m. JBSA-Randolph Rambler Fitness Center No sign up required | This clinic is for ages 15 & older There will be two skill levels. Beginner and Intermediate. Clinic Breakdown: Beginners - Never played before or only played a few times. Intermediate - Ready to step up your game by learning new ways to drill and strategize. Round Robin game play will take place. Instructors will discuss different types of paddles and how select a style. Participants may bring their own paddle. Gearbox Pickleball will provide demo paddles for use during the clinic, to participants who do not have a paddle or wish to try one out. Athletic attire must be worn. Armed Forces 5K Run/Walk

Armed Forces 5K Run/Walk May 11 • 8 a.m. Come out and represent your branch of service in the 5K which takes place at the Pershing Field near bldg. 3212. Transportation provided for students, volunteers and participants  from the Aquatic Center starting at 7:15 a.m. Meet at Pershing Field no later than 7:30 a.m. This event is no cost and open to all DOD ID cardholders and guests.  Prizes awarded to top male and female competitors.
