Five-Mile Cardio Challenge
Mon.-Fri. • 5-6 p.m. • Free
Patrons can use treadmills, spin bikes, ellipticals, or rowing machines to test their cardio endurance and to complete this challenge. Each patron is to make sure a staff member records their time and distance. Prizes will be given to the person with the longest distance on each piece of equipment at the end of the month.

Bench Press Competition
Mon., Wed., and Fri. • 6 a.m. to 5 p.m. • Free
Patrons are invited to come out to see who can bench the most weight. There will be categories for men and women but no weight class. Each patron is to make sure a staff member verifies the weight benched. The man and woman who lift the most weight will be awarded a prize at the end of the month.
