The cardio line dance class combines various dance styles, upbeat music, and easy-to-follow choreography to get the heart rate up and increase energy. Proper athletic attire and non-marking shoes are required.

This is a classic endurance test where you bench 100 reps at 60% of your body weight in a 3-minute time limit.

Duck, dodge, hit, slide, and do it all again. Rules available at the fitness center. Teams must register by COB June 15.
