Mat Pilates

Join us for a Pilates class and discover how you can refocus your mind, strengthen your core, improve flexibility and enhance overall body awareness. This will be a low-impact workout, using your body weight and mat to engage in controlled movements that will promote stability and strength.
Step Aerobics
Wednesdays | 5-6 p.m.
This workout is a fun and effective cardio conditioning mix encompassing step and resistance training for a total body workout that involves stepping up and down on a raised platform. Open to all levels as you work at your own pace.
Fit 2 Fight
Mondays & Wednesdays | 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
This strength training circuit class is designed to provide a comprehensive workout that combines total body, heart pumping aerobics and strength training conditioning. Expect to sweat, burn calories and unleash the warrior in you!

Time to test yourself mentally and physically. This is a high intensity circuit training program designed with intermittent exercises and sprint intervals.
Spin Class

Join our indoor cycling class and discover how you can refocus your mind and body. This is a great cycling workout, which takes place on a stationary bike, includes different body positions and is open to all fitness levels. Letโs start your day and spin into a new you! Registration is not required.
Motivation Through Fitness

Being fit requires being mentally sound with an attitude to reach and sustain your physical goals. The Warhawk has a program that will challenge your strength, cardio and functional movements.
