Come out to the lake to celebrate America’s 250th birthday in style! We will have bounce houses, amusement rides, food trucks, music, and a spectacular over-the-water fireworks show to be launched at 9pm, just beyond the point at Jacobs Creek Park. Bring your own lawn chairs, blankets, and canopies. Picnic tables and canopies in the park are first come first serve. Don’t want to drive all the way back to San Antonio? Ask us about our lodging accommodations.

The park opens at 8am. Even if you don’t have a lodging reservation, come early to rent paddle boards, kayaks, canoes, and pontoons. Or enjoy our swimming areas, playgrounds, and picnic areas. This event is open to the public! Day pass cost is $15/vehicle for DoD ID cardholders and $20/vehicle for the public.
