License to Carry a Handgun classes are held at Camp Bullis Outdoor Recreation. Eligible students must: Be at least 18 years old to register for the class and to apply for the license. Be familiar with their firearm – no first-time shooters. Meet federal qualifications to purchase a handgun. The cost of the class is $80.
