Join the 100-Ton Club on February 14th from 5 a.m. to 10 p.m. at the Rambler Fitness Center. You must lift 100 tons of weight on any free weight or plate loaded machine in one day to become a member.
Stop by the front desk and pick up your 100-ton log book to track the amount of weights you've lifted. If you reach your goal, turn in your log book to the front desk and become a member of the magnificent Rambler 100-Ton Club and earn a t-shirt.
