RND Rambler Fitness Center

Challenge yourself with this free self-monitored fitness program as you kick start a healthier you in the New Year. Patrons have an entire year to complete this self-monitored program during normal operating hours. This program is currently offered at the JBSA-Randolph Rambler Fitness Center. How to participate Run or Walk 70 miles Bike 136 miles Attend 24 aerobic classes Receive a t-shirt once all requirements are complete!

METC Student Intramural Coed Softball

FSH METC Fitness Center

The METC fitness center hosts this softball league for all interested METC students only. A letter of intent is due by the May 2 coaches’ meeting held at the METC Fitness and Sports Center. Games begin on May 16. Games played at Pershing Softball Fields. Units may have more than one team. Cadres must be present at all games. Softball equipment supplies by METS Sports Department. Consider becoming a volunteer coach for our youth sports programs! Plus, coaching offers a unique opportunity to bond with your community, develop your leadership skills, and stay active yourself. If you are interested in serving as a volunteer coach, contact your local YP and complete the registration process to be a coach. All potential volunteers must obtain clearance, complete 10 hours of training, and attend two practices/games per week during an eight-week season.
