Pre-Teen & Teen Winter Camp Registration

Pre-Teen and Teen  Fall/Winter Break Camp Registration Camp Hours 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Open recreation begins at 3 p.m. Event Scheduled for Pre-teens and teens to participate together Registration opens Nov. 18 and is required though CYBMS $150/Week at all JBSA Youth Programs Do you need quality programming and activities for your pre-teen or teen during the holiday breaks? JBSA Youth Programs provides high quality programs supporting engineering concepts, arts, life skills, leadership, cooking, physical fitness and field trips for youth ages 9-18. 3D Archery Shoot at Camp Bullis ODR

Camp Bullis Outdoor Recreation

3D Archery Shoot Jan. 4 & 5 and Feb. 1 & 2 JBSA-Camp Bullis Outdoor Recreation Center 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. The 3D Archery Range features 30 life-like animal targets including bears, black panthers, deer, and alligators. Targets are set up at various distances between 5 & 55 yards. 3D archery is open to the General Public. Traditional (Long Bows and Recurve Bows( and Compound Bows are allowed but No Crossbows. Camp Bullis ODR has Recurve Bows available to rent for $20 each. Registration is 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Participants may start the course as soon as they register. Cost is: $5 for E1-E4, active-duty or medically retired $15 for ages 13 and older $5 for youth ages 12 and younger

Central Post Fitness Center JBSA-Fort Sam Houston January 1-31 Five-Mile Cardio Challenge Mon.-Fri. • 5-6 p.m. • Free Patrons can use treadmills, spin bikes, ellipticals, or rowing machines to test their cardio endurance and to complete this challenge. Each patron is to make sure a staff member records their time and distance. Prizes will be given to the person with the longest distance on each piece of equipment at the end of the month. Bench Press Competition Mon., Wed., and Fri. • 6 a.m. to 5 p.m. • Free Patrons are invited to come out to see who can bench the most weight. There will be categories for men and women but no weight class. Each patron is to make sure a staff member verifies the weight benched. The man and woman who lift the most weight will be awarded a prize at the end of the month. Events are open to all DOD ID Cardholders. EVENTS ARE OPEN TO ALL DOD ID CARDHOLDERS. NO FEES REQUIRED TO PARTICIPATE
