Fitness Challenge: Tire Flip Competition

January Fitness Challenge | Tire Flip Competition The challenge is to flip the tire as many times as you can in a two-minute time frame. Before each tire flip, patrons must ensure a staff member is present for safety and confirmation of the number of tire flips. This contest will have categories for men and women. The man and woman with the most tire flips at the end of the month will receive a prize.
