Kayak & Paddle Board Class
Recreation Park @ Canyon LakeJuly 8 & 22 | Aug. 5 & 19 Please join us at the JBSA Recreation Park at Canyon Lake at the Hancock Cove Beach for a two-hour class on kayaks and paddle board safety and operation. This class is required in order to rent kayaks and paddle boards. After completion, each guest will receive a certification card. This card must be presented each time you rent the equipment. The cost for the class is $20 per person. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a sponsor during the class and during equipment rental. Summer Sports Clinics
LAK Youth ProgramsJBSA-Lackland Youth Sports is hosting clinics for youth ages 5-12 to build on the fundamentals, skill development, and team play in volleyball and kickball. The cost for each sports clinic is $25. The volleyball clinic takes place July 24-28 and the signup deadline in CYPBMS is July 17. The kickball clinic takes place Aug. 7-11 and the signup deadline in CYPBMS is Aug. 1.

Sideline Sports Camp
RND Youth ProgramsSideline Sports teaches kids the fundamentals of non-traditional sports. Youth ages 9-18 can experience several new sports during this camp. There is no cost to participate so golfers can take full advantage of tips to tweek all facets of their game. Clinics are held the first and third Saturdays of the month. This clinic is available to the first sixteen sign-ups. Register by the Wednesday prior to the desired class date.
