502d Force Support Squadron Presents 2024 CENTRAL POST SEPTEMBER EVENTS Tire Flip Competition Sept. 3-30 • Monday-Friday 6 a.m. to 5 p.m. We invite you to come and flip the tire as many times as you can in a two-minute time frame. There will be two categories for men and women. Patrons need to make sure that a staff member is available to verify the amount of tire flips within the two-minute time frame. The man and woman who flips the most will be awarded a prize at the end of the month. Circuit Training Sept. 3-30 • Monday-Friday 6-8 a.m. and 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. This circuit training will run for a duration of two hours in the morning or afternoon and is designed to increase cardio endurance and core strength.
