FSH Jimmy Brought Fitness CenterLadies and gentlemen may try one or all triathlon events in the month of May. All events are free and open to all DOD ID cardholders. On May 8 and 9, start small with Triathlon #1 consisting of a 200-meter swim, 3-mile bike ride and 1-mile run. Take the next step May 15 and 16 with Triathlon #2 consisting of a 400-meter swim, 5-mile bike ride and a 2-mile run. Move up to Triathlon #3 on May 22 and 23 consisting of 500-meter swim, 10-mile bike ride and a 2.5-mile run. Take the giant leap with Triathlon #4 on May 29 and 30 consisting of 750 meter swim, 10-mile bike ride and a 5-mile run. The bike and run portions may be completed indoors or outdoors.
