Patrons are invited to come out to see who can bench the most weight. There will be categories for men and women but no weight class. Each patron is to make sure a staff member verifies the weight pressed each time. The man and woman who presses the most weight will be awarded a prize at the end of the month. Eligible men and women compete at the JBSA-Fort Sam Houston Central Post Gym to flip the tire the most in a three-minute time limit. Competitors must have a staff member document the amount of times they flip the tire. This is a free event, open to JBSA DOD ID cardholders. Patrons afforded unlimited attempts.
