Elliptical Mile Challenge (METC)

Elliptical Mile Challenge August • Normal duty hours JBSA-Fort Sam Houston METC Fitness Center METC Fitness Center patrons complete as many miles as they can on an elliptical machine at a minimum resistance level of 5.0. Sign up at the front desk. Place completed miles in the binder at the front desk. The patron with the highest mileage will be awarded a prize. Open to all DoD cardholders ages 18 and older. Deadlift Competition

JBSA-Fort Sam Houston Central Post Fitness Center Deadlift Competition August 1-30 • Mon. - Fri. • 6 AM - 5 PM Challenge is to lift the most weight Categories for men and women - no weight class Staff member must verify each time the weight is pressed/lifted Top winners of each category win prize at the end of month Open to all DOD ID cardholders.
