Becoming Youth of the Year JBSA Youth Programs This prestigious program is designed to inspire and nurture tomorrow's leaders and encourages teenagers who are passionate about leadership, community service, volunteerism, and personal excellence to apply for the chance to become the next JBSA Youth of the Year. The Costume Contest will be onsite at Spooktacular at the Parr Club! Costume judging will take place at 6 PM at the DJ booth, winner announced at 8 PM. Voting Categories Creativity and originality Craftsmanship and use of resources Presentation and autonomy Accuracy and realism There will be three age groups: Infants to 4 years of age, 5-11 years of age and 12-18 years of age. Prizes will be awarded for first, second and third place for each group.
