3D Archery Shoot at Camp Bullis ODR

Camp Bullis Outdoor Recreation

3D Archery Shoot Jan. 4 & 5 and Feb. 1 & 2 JBSA-Camp Bullis Outdoor Recreation Center 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. The 3D Archery Range features 30 life-like animal targets including bears, black panthers, deer, and alligators. Targets are set up at various distances between 5 & 55 yards. 3D archery is open to the General Public. Traditional (Long Bows and Recurve Bows( and Compound Bows are allowed but No Crossbows. Camp Bullis ODR has Recurve Bows available to rent for $20 each. Registration is 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Participants may start the course as soon as they register. Cost is: $5 for E1-E4, active-duty or medically retired $15 for ages 13 and older $5 for youth ages 12 and younger

Fort Sam Houston Independent School District (FSHISD) Board of Trustees Vacancy Jan. 27-Feb. 21 Fort Sam Houston Independent School District (FSHISD) Board of Trustees are now accepting nominations for one vacant seat. FSHISD is seeking a dedicated and community-focused individual to join its Board of Trustees. The positions must be filled by either a military member or DoD civilian living on or employed by Joint Base San Antonio-Fort Sam Houston. To qualify for the board, a volunteer must: • Be a qualified voter • Take the official oath of office • Serve without compensation Trustee will take an official oath of office and serve without compensation for 2 years. Do you need quality programming and activities for your pre-teen or teen during Spring Break? JBSA Youth Programs provides high-quality programs supporting engineering concepts, arts, life skills, leadership, cooking, physical fitness, and field trips for youth ages 9-18. Big Game Bowling Watch Party

Big Game Party Feb. 9 • 5 p.m. $20 per person, for up to five guests, rental shoes included Join us for an unforgettable evening filled with bowling and watching the big game on 20 screens throughout the center.
