Flag Football and Cheerleading Registration Register from Aug. 1 - Sep. 6 JBSA-Fort Sam Houston Youth Programs It is time to snap, check down and pass for a touchdown! JBSA Fort Sam Houston Youth Sports Program is ready for ages 5-12 to participate in flag football and cheerleading. Registration runs Aug. 1 to Sept. 6 through CYPBMS. RECHARGE FOR RESILIENCY Skydiving Sept. 7 | 8 AM Lackland Outdoor Recreation Skydive Spaceland San Marcos * Open to Active Duty Personnel and Active Duty Reservists * Experience SKYDIVING at this R4R RECON funded event. Participants will have the opportunity to jump from 14,000 feet and free fall at 120 mph! Each person will jump and be harnessed to an experienced instructor! The rate is $49 per person. Haunted San Antonio Ghost Walk Tour Oct. 19 - 8-9:30 PM Visit any JBSA Information Tickets and Travel office to sign up for this Ghost Walk Tour. Suitable for all ages, children must be accompanied by an adult. The tour includes 1.5 hours of captivating stores and thrilling sights. The cost is $27 for adults and $11 for children ages 3-10.

Strongest Competition

Spooktacular Costume Contest

The Costume Contest will be onsite at Spooktacular at the Parr Club! Costume judging will take place at 6 PM at the DJ booth, winner announced at 8 PM. Voting Categories Creativity and originality Craftsmanship and use of resources Presentation and autonomy Accuracy and realism There will be three age groups: Infants to 4 years of age, 5-11 years of age and 12-18 years of age. Prizes will be awarded for first, second and third place for each group.

Customer Appreciation Night

Customer Appreciation Oct. 29 • 5-7 p.m. The Gateway Club hosts an appreciation night in the Fiesta Ballroom with entertainment provided by DJ Tony Style.
