Back to School Bash

FSH School Age Care

JBSA Back to School Bash Aug. 10 • 8 a.m. to noon JBSA-Fort Sam Houston School-Age Care • Bldg. 2515 (next to the Exchange) Help us, help you get ready for back to school. Meet at the School-Age Care building 2515, next to the Post Exchange for free school supplies for military connected students grades pre-K to 8th while supplies last. You must bring your DoD ID card and your children or their report card and DoD ID card. Enjoy music and interactive activities. Food and beverages will be available for purchase. Paint Your Picasso

Spooktacular Volunteers Needed!!!

Calling all Volunteers! Volunteers needed for JBSA Spooktacular Dress up in your favorite Halloween costume and host a Trick or Treat space at Spooktacular on Oct. 26 from 5-9 PM. Parents Night Out | Give Parents a Break

JBSA Child and Youth Programs can give parents a much-needed break through the GPAB/PNO Programs. These programs are for children 6 weeks to 12 years old. The cost is $35 per child with a sibling discount or FREE with a Give Parents a Break referral. The last day to register is the Wednesday Prior to the event. Labor Day Golf Tournament

Labor Day Tournament Sept. 2 | 8 a.m. start JBSA-Randolph Oaks Golf Course Head to the Golf Course for a two-person team best ball event. In this format, both players play their own ball through the hole and then record the lower of the two scores. The cost is $20 dollars per person plus greens fee and cart fee. Flag Football and Cheerleading Registration Register from Aug. 1 - Sep. 6 JBSA-Fort Sam Houston Youth Programs It is time to snap, check down and pass for a touchdown! JBSA Fort Sam Houston Youth Sports Program is ready for ages 5-12 to participate in flag football and cheerleading. Registration runs Aug. 1 to Sept. 6 through CYPBMS. RECHARGE FOR RESILIENCY Skydiving Sept. 7 | 8 AM Lackland Outdoor Recreation Skydive Spaceland San Marcos * Open to Active Duty Personnel and Active Duty Reservists * Experience SKYDIVING at this R4R RECON funded event. Participants will have the opportunity to jump from 14,000 feet and free fall at 120 mph! Each person will jump and be harnessed to an experienced instructor! The rate is $49 per person. Haunted San Antonio Ghost Walk Tour Oct. 19 - 8-9:30 PM Visit any JBSA Information Tickets and Travel office to sign up for this Ghost Walk Tour. Suitable for all ages, children must be accompanied by an adult. The tour includes 1.5 hours of captivating stores and thrilling sights. The cost is $27 for adults and $11 for children ages 3-10.
