Three-Minute Indoor Tire Flip Contest

Eligible men and women compete at the JBSA-Fort Sam Houston Central Post Gym to flip the tire the most in a three-minute time limit. Competitors must have a staff member document the amount of times they flip the tire. This is a free event, open to JBSA DOD ID cardholders. Patrons afforded unlimited attempts. January Fitness Challenge | Tire Flip Competition The challenge is to flip the tire as many times as you can in a two-minute time frame. Before each tire flip, patrons must ensure a staff member is present for safety and confirmation of the number of tire flips. This contest will have categories for men and women. The man and woman with the most tire flips at the end of the month will receive a prize.
