Mix and match ice cream flavors with all your favorite toppings or try something new and pay homage to one of America’s favorite past-times! The history of tacos predates the arrival of Europeans in Mexico. Anthropological evidence shows the native people living in the lake region of the Valley of Mexico traditionally ate tacos filled with small fish. It’s unclear why the word taco was used to describe this native food. One suggested origin is the word taco, which means stuff or to stuff. For more information, call (210) 221-3502.
