Restorative Yoga poses relieve the effects of chronic stress. It moves the spine all directions, forward bends, back bends and twists to stimulate and soothe the organs. Spine poses held for 3-10 minutes which allows gravity to open you more than if seated or standing. In class meditation, sound therapy, warm-up, restorative poses and mudras included. $3 per class, passes are available for purchase.
