Restorative Yoga poses relieve the effects of chronic stress. It moves the spine all directions, forward bends, back bends and twists to stimulate and soothe the organs. Spine poses held for 3-10 minutes which allows gravity to open you more than if seated or standing. In class meditation, sound therapy, warm-up, restorative poses and mudras included. $3 per class, passes are available for purchase. Defender’s Cup Military Soccer Tournament

JBSA-Lackland is hosting the Defender's Cup Military Soccer Tournament from September 2-5. This four-day tournament will take place at the San Antonio Surf Soccer Club, 7440 FM 1560 N.
