Boat Rental Special

Recreation Park @ Canyon Lake

Come out to the JBSA Recreation Park at Canyon Lake and enjoy an eight-hour boat rental for the price of a four-hour rental. The price includes all required safety equipment such as life vests but does not include fuel. Patrons must have taken the Boater's Safety Course through the State of Texas or the course is also offered at any JBSA Outdoor Recreation Center or online at boatus.org. Fitness Jump Start

FSH METC Fitness Center

Get a jump start on those fitness goals by participating in the daily fitness challenges. Pick up a tracking card at the METC Fitness Center Front Desk. Each day has a different challenge to complete. Complete a fitness class for two stamps, a 30-minute weight lifting session for one stamp, a 30-minute cardio session for one stamp and a bragging rights challenge for one stamp. New Year New Program

RND Rambler Fitness Center

Challenge yourself with this free self-monitored fitness program as you kick start a healthier you in the New Year. Patrons have an entire year to complete this self-monitored program during normal operating hours. This program is currently offered at the JBSA-Randolph Rambler Fitness Center. Come Together MLK Jr Golf Tournament

RND Oaks Golf Course

This two-person shamble is a fun format where you choose the best tee shot then play your own ball from that point and record the lower of the two scores. The cost is $20 per person plus cart and greens fee. Net and Gross will be paid to teams that place. The team handicap is the lower of the two handicaps. The JBSA-Lackland Gateway Club is having a Beach Party Bash at the Lone Star Lounge January 27th from 4-11 PM. The food special of the night is two pulled pork sliders. Entertainment will be provided by DJ Tony Style.

Fit for Duty 5k Run/Walk

FSH Jimmy Brought Fitness Center

Join us at the Jimmy Brought Fitness Center for a great 5k run/walk. Registration starts that morning at 7:30 a.m. behind the fitness center on Reynolds Rd. This is a free event. Open to all DOD ID cardholders, families, strollers and pets. For more information, call (210) 221-1234.

USS Lexington Escape Room Trip

Patrons age 12 and older are welcome (minors must be accompanied by an adult or guardian). The program includes roundtrip transportation to and from the USS Lexington in Corpus Christi, entrance into the escape room, and entrance to the USS Lexington Museum. Mulligan’s Grill: Temporarily Closed

Mulligan's Grill will close January 30th for a serving line and equipment replacement. The installation will take approximately 3 weeks. The renovation will create an aesthetically pleasing appearance, increase menu capability, reduce wait times, and improve food quality due to appropriate equipment.
