Boat Rental Special

Recreation Park @ Canyon Lake

Come out to the JBSA Recreation Park at Canyon Lake and enjoy an eight-hour boat rental for the price of a four-hour rental. The price includes all required safety equipment such as life vests but does not include fuel. Patrons must have taken the Boater's Safety Course through the State of Texas or the course is also offered at any JBSA Outdoor Recreation Center or online at boatus.org. Fitness Jump Start

FSH METC Fitness Center

Get a jump start on those fitness goals by participating in the daily fitness challenges. Pick up a tracking card at the METC Fitness Center Front Desk. Each day has a different challenge to complete. Complete a fitness class for two stamps, a 30-minute weight lifting session for one stamp, a 30-minute cardio session for one stamp and a bragging rights challenge for one stamp. Challenge yourself with this free self-monitored fitness program as you kick start a healthier you in the New Year. Patrons have an entire year to complete this self-monitored program during normal operating hours. This program is currently offered at the JBSA-Randolph Rambler Fitness Center. Mulligan’s Grill: Temporarily Closed

RND Mulligan's Grill

Mulligan's Grill will close January 30th for a serving line and equipment replacement. The installation will take approximately 3 weeks. The renovation will create an aesthetically pleasing appearance, increase menu capability, reduce wait times, and improve food quality due to appropriate equipment. 101 RV/Boat Familiarization

Become a pro and join the Randolph ODR professionals for 101 RV/Boat Familiarization. ODR professionals teach this hands-on workshop, which covers how to operate, hook up, tow and park the RVs and boats to make your rental hassle free. The cost is $15. All participants will receive a JBSA RV Safety Course card which is good at all JBSA locations for one year from issue. For more information, call (210) 652-5142.

Couple’s Valentine’s Golf Tournament

The JBSA-Lackland Skylark Community Center is showing UFC 284 on February 11. Open to all Tech School students. $5 cover charge at the door, $1 to check backpacks. Cash only. Longhorn Cavern Wild Cave Tour

See Longhorn Cavern as it existed before modern lights and pathways. Enjoy a primitive caving adventure through the undeveloped lower level of the cavern. You will get wet and you will get dirty. The cost of this program is $130. Patrons ages 8 years and older are welcome (minors must be accompanied by an adult or guardian). Program includes roundtrip transportation to and from Longhorn Cavern State Park, a guided wild cave tour, all safety gear rentals, and a t-shirt upon completion of the tour.
