Seeds of Kindness • Celebrating Earth Day April 22 • 4:30-5:30 p.m. Earth Day is a great opportunity to show our appreciation for our planet and take steps to protect it. Roll up your sleeves and get ready to plant “seeds of kindness” in decorated posts. Youth will paint a pot and plant their seeds to share with family and friends to promote kindness. Springtime Bench Press Competition April 2-26 | 6 a.m. - 5 p.m. Mondays-Wednesdays-Fridays Patrons are invited to come out to see who can bench the most weight. There will be categories for men and women but no weight class. Each patron is to make sure a staff member verifies the weight benched. The man and woman who lift the most weight will be awarded a prize at the end of the month. Open to all JBSA team members. Pickleball Clinic April 27 • 9:30-11 a.m. JBSA-Randolph Rambler Fitness Center No sign up required | This clinic is for ages 15 & older There will be two skill levels. Beginner and Intermediate. Clinic Breakdown: Beginners - Never played before or only played a few times. Intermediate - Ready to step up your game by learning new ways to drill and strategize. Round Robin game play will take place. Instructors will discuss different types of paddles and how select a style. Participants may bring their own paddle. Gearbox Pickleball will provide demo paddles for use during the clinic, to participants who do not have a paddle or wish to try one out. Athletic attire must be worn.
