Five-Mile Challenge
Five-Mile Challenge | April 2-26 Monday - Friday | 5 a.m. to 6 p.m. JBSA-Fort Sam Houston Central Post Fitness Center Patrons can use treadmills, spin bikes or rowing machines to complete this challenge. Each patron is to make sure a staff member records their time and distance. Prizes will be given to the person with the longest distance on each piece of equipment at the end of the month. Monthly Fitness Challenge
Patrons are invited to come out to see who can bench the most weight. There will be categories for men and women but no weight class. Each patron is to make sure a staff member verifies the weight pressed each time. The man and woman who presses the most weight will be awarded a prize at the end of the month. Open to Anyone With Fitness Center Access

***ATTENTION HUNTERS*** The JBSA Hunting Program has moved. JBSA is no longer using iSportsman for program administration and permit sales. RecAccess is our new platform for these services. Please create a new account at https://jbsa.recaccess.com/#/create-account NEW: The lottery this year is only for Antlered (Bucks) White-tailed Deer; Antlerless (Does) harvest is now permitted under the General Permit. The Doe season may have to close early depending on harvest as we only get a certain number of tags from the State. No-Tap Monthly Bowling Tournaments
The JBSA-Lackland Skylark Bowling Center has a monthly No-Tap Tournament. There will be a cash prize for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place with brackets and side pots. Prizes subject to change based on number of players. $25 entry fee. Four games qualifying and top 8 bowl elimination round. Call (210) 671-1234 for more details and to register.

Babysitting Training
Youth Programs is offering a Red Cross Babysitting Training for Youth ages 11 and older. Training will cover basic care for infants and children, basic first aid, child behavior, age-appropriate activities, emergency protocols, professionalism, and leadership. Fee for this class is $40.
