Fitness Jump Start
Get a jump start on those fitness goals by participating in the daily fitness challenges. Pick up a tracking card at the METC Fitness Center Front Desk. Each day has a different challenge to complete. Complete a fitness class for two stamps, a 30-minute weight lifting session for one stamp, a 30-minute cardio session for one stamp and a bragging rights challenge for one stamp. Participants with the most stamps will win fitness prizes. For more information, call (210) 808-5709.
Boat Rental Special
Come out to the JBSA Recreation Park at Canyon Lake and enjoy an eight-hour boat rental for the price of a four-hour rental. The price includes all required safety equipment such as life vests but does not include fuel. Patrons must have taken the Boater's Safety Course through the State of Texas or the course is also offered at any JBSA Outdoor Recreation Center or online at boatus.org. New Year New Program
Challenge yourself with this free self-monitored fitness program as you kick start a healthier you in the New Year. Patrons have an entire year to complete this self-monitored program during normal operating hours. This program is currently offered at the JBSA-Randolph Rambler Fitness Center. How to participate Run or Walk 70 miles Bike 136 miles Attend 24 aerobic classes Receive a t-shirt once all requirements are complete!

Mulligan’s Grill: Temporarily Closed
Mulligan's Grill will close January 30th for a serving line and equipment replacement. The installation will take approximately 3 weeks. The renovation will create an aesthetically pleasing appearance, increase menu capability, reduce wait times, and improve food quality due to appropriate equipment.
