Indoor Triathlon

RND Rambler Fitness Center

Everybody is invited to participate in this fun but challenging event at the JBSA-Randolph Rambler Fitness Center from during normal operating hours. Each participant must complete 15-mile treadmill/indoor track walk/run, 30 mile stationary bike and 5-mile row in order to complete the challenge. Pick up your indoor triathlon challenge tracking booklet from the Rambler Fitness Center team. As you complete each challenge please have a fitness team member initial that item before moving on. When you have completed the challenge, turn in your booklet to the fitness center team. Once completed, participants will receive a prize. For more information, call (210) 652-7263

SHiNE Dance Fitness™ brings original routines to life using hit music and choreography for ALL ABILITIES, no dance experience is needed. Rooted in jazz, ballet, and hip-hop, this HIIT workout gives you a creative outlet to escape from daily stress. Each class includes the perfect balance of high cardio and toning to ensure you receive a full-body workout with real results. Indoor Biathlon

Participants must complete the distances for both activities to finish. Pick up the indoor biathlon challenge booklet from the Fitness Center team. As each challenge is completed, have a fitness team member initial that item before moving on to the next one. When the entire challenge is completed, turn the booklet into the Fitness Center team. Challenge yourself with this free self-monitored fitness program as you kick start a healthier you in the New Year. Patrons have an entire year to complete this self-monitored program during normal operating hours. This program is currently offered at the JBSA-Randolph Rambler Fitness Center. Holiday 10-Mile Bike Ride
