Saint Patrick’s Day 5k Run/Walk (METC)

JBSA-FSH METC Fitness Center Saint Patrick's Day 5K Run/Walk March 16 • 8 AM Wear your best St. Pat's Day outfit! Dogs on leashes and strollers are welcomed. This event begins and ends at the Pershing Field Building #3212. Prizes awarded for top male/female finishers. Transportation will be provided for students, volunteers and other participants. METC Student Intramural Co-Ed Soccer

The METC fitness center is taking soccer registrations for all interested METC students only. A letter of intent from the unit sports representative is due March 18. A coaches meeting will be held March 18 at the METC Fitness and Sports Center. Games begin on March 26. Games will be played at Pershing Sports Complex. Units may have more than one team. June Weight Lift Challenge June 15 • 9:30 AM • Free JBSA-Fort Sam Houston METC Fitness Center Men and women attempt to lift 1000 lbs. and 500 lbs., respectively, in a combined bench press, deadlift and squat challenge. Prizes will be awarded to those with the combined heaviest lifts overall and the Wilks points from each category. For more information, call (210) 808-5709.
