METC Intramural Volleyball
Intramural Volleyball | Spring 2024 Letter of Intent Due: April 24 Coaches Meeting: April 24 at 1 PM Games Begin: May 6 METC Fitness & Sports Center Mondays & Wednesdays Units may have more than one team. All DOD ID cardholders, ages 18 years and older, who are not participating in an academic athletic association may participate in Intramural Sports.

502d Force Support Squadron Presents 2023 CENTRAL POST MAY & JUNE EVENTS Tire Flip Competition | May 6-31 | Mon. - Fri. | 6 a.m. to 5 p.m. | Free Patrons are encouraged to try to flip the tire as many times as they can in a two-minute time frame. There will be two categories for Men and Women. Patrons must make sure that a staff member is available to verify the amount of tire flips within the two-minute time frame. The man and woman who flips the most will be awarded a prize at the end of the month. For more information, please call Central Post Fitness Center at (210) 221-3593. Circuit Training | June 3-28 | Mon. - Fri. | 6 - 8 a.m. and 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. | Free This circuit training will run for a duration of two hours in the morning or afternoon and is designed to increase cardio endurance and core strength. Armed Forces 5K Run/Walk
Armed Forces 5K Run/Walk May 11 • 8 a.m. Come out and represent your branch of service in the 5K which takes place at the Pershing Field near bldg. 3212. Transportation provided for students, volunteers and participants from the Aquatic Center starting at 7:15 a.m. Meet at Pershing Field no later than 7:30 a.m. This event is no cost and open to all DOD ID cardholders and guests. Prizes awarded to top male and female competitors. Strollers and leashed dogs are welcome. For more information, call (210) 808-5709.
